Hi,

My Bluetooth didn't work for me to reply.

first do we know the momentum spread of the beam ?

On Mikes analysis one does need to check that there is no beam in the
neighboring columns, otherwise it's not a mip anymore.

On Vera's analysis one should make sure the highest tower is not in the edge
rows.
