Dear all,

As discussed, our working outline for the paper is available on the twiki:
https://wiki.bnl.gov/sPHENIX/index.php/T-1044_publication

There is a name next to each of the main sections. This person is the section editor. Any time you want to edit the draft please communicate with the corresponding section editor for the edit token. This will help us ensure proper version control with overleaf. You are also welcome to send your text directly to the section editor who will incorporate it into the overleaf document. Please send comments to the specified list(s) for each section. There are also subsections, some of which have names with them. These people have volunteered or have been volunteered to contribute to that subsection. Of course anyone should contribute to any section they can.
