Hello,

I don't know if we want to spend time on this in the meeting today or 
leave it for next week, but we hashed out a summary of goals (that Ed 
asked for) and fleshed out a little more of the week-by-week plan for 
the next beam test in the HCAL Workfest over the weekend.

I'd say it would be more efficient if you read them over and sent 
comments to me or the list.  After we all agree on that, I would imagine 
turning it into a spreadsheet of runs to take.
