Just following up on this mornings discussion on Participation and Logistics for the 2017 running of T-1044.

1. Information for getting FNAL IDs  and training can be found on the Test Beam wiki page: https://wiki.bnl.gov/sPHENIX/index.php/2017_calorimeter_beam_test.

1. You need to get a FNAL computer account to be assigned an ID number if you don't have one
2. You will need to take the following online courses
   

1. FNAL Users training (required once)
   
2. FTBF Hazard training, (required every 24 months)
3. For controlled access you will need FNAL RAD Worker training (required every 24 months).  This is a classroom training and you need to signup in advance.  Generally it is only offered once per week.  Since most of us have the training from last year, I will not be making any special arrangements.

You will need to bring the requested documents to the Users office at FNAL to get your badge.
Please fill out the doodle poll indicating dates that you will be at FNAL and available to be at MTest to participate in operations,  http://doodle.com/poll/2inumufgkdw8davz. Please indicate only days that you will be at MTEST for a significant portion of the day. Operations this time will be from 0700-1900, every day once we have our ORC signed off, hopefully Jan 20.  Like last time we will not have regularly scheduled shifts and we expect people to be proactive in getting involved.
Housing on site is limited.  If you are thinking of a dorm room or apartment contact the FNAL housing office directly, housing AT fnal.gov. There are a number of hotels around FNAL, some offering kitchen facilities. Ask about an FNAL rate when you book.
