Although we had some discussion about changing the dates for the calorimeter beam test next year due to uncertainties about the DOE budget, Fermilab operating time, and ways we could benefit from the delay to CD-1 approval, in the end, the consensus is that not only can we make the earlier dates, they have some advantages for us (less collision with next year's Director's Review, more time afterward to digest the results for the emcal pre-production prototype, no overlap with a CMS group that was not on the FTBF calendar, but who had time constraints).

Therefore, the next round of T-1044 will be:

- Wednesday, February 14--ship to Fermilab to arrive early enough on Thursday for the Fermilab riggers (who don't work on Friday)

- Wednesday, February 21--rig into enclosure for ORR on Thursday

- Wednesday, March 28--end of beam operations and removal from enclosure
