It may not be of such general interest, but for the record, we are holding a Design Review for production of EMCAL blocks at UIUC this afternoon, Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 2pm. The agenda and slides are here:

The goal is to assess the readiness of the design to begin manufacturing blocks for "sector 0" and the following 12 "R&D sectors" of the EMCAL.

The review panel will consist of Glenn Young, Don Lynch, Sean Stoll, Steve Bellavia, and myself.

Of course, all are welcome to listen in, and please feel free to send me any concerns you may have about anything you hear or see in the slides.
