Eric and I shuffled the stuff around this morning... take a look at the latest pictures and see if you see anything that looks funny:

The EMCAL is closer to the sPHENIX orientation than the sPHENIX+5, because I lost the threaded inserts that would allow for it to tilt down. The lasers are very well aligned on the hodoscope... we'll find out how that translates to where the beam is when the neighbors turn on the 120 GeV protons later today. I'll see if we can put the paddles into an ADC, Edward.
