Dear all,

Thanks to everyone who has filled out the doodle poll or communicated with me privately. We have decided that we will meet at 10:30 ET on Friday mornings. On weeks where there is an sPHENIX General Meeting we will have to cut off the meeting at noon ET. I hope this helps focus our discussions.

I had said in an earlier email that we would meet this week at the old time on Wednesday afternoon, but, in the end-of-semester haze, I had forgotten the PD 2/3 practice all day Wednesday. We will meet at the new time on Friday this week.
