Dear All,
Anyone planning to submit an abstract to QM related to the EMCAL should post their abstracts to the list given in Gunther's message below. The deadline for submitting the abstracts to QM is July 1st so you should post your abstracts to the list a.s.a.p. and let Dave and Gunther know. So far, we appear to have only 2 abstracts, one from Tim Rinn at UIUC on the EMCal design and construction along with the EMCAL 2018 test beam results, and the other from Weihu Ma at Fudan on the production of blocks for the EMCAL in China. If anyone else is planning on submitting an abstract, please let us know.

Many thanks,
Craig

Dear sPHENIX detector enthusiasts,

There are two important items for which we need your help: 1) Could you provide subsystem related agenda fragments (titles/speakers) for the collaboration meeting, planning for about 30-60min for each subsystem?

2) We would like to collect abstracts for QM posters and parallel talks soon (submission deadline is 7/1). For reference, the QM2018 contributions can be found here:
https://paper.dropbox.com/doc/sPHENIX-QM-2018-contributions--AfOzOVK2W0Y4caXuXgBX5R9PAg-FGsO1B4vtKL5kHt3lIFln We are planning to collect the 2019 contributions here: https://paper.dropbox.com/doc/sPHENIX-QM-2019-contributions--AfPehcHDEwUHdmYsuEsbQBARAg-98IMEFhjHiQURsoBPMqoe
For both items, feedback by the end of this week would be very helpful.

Cheers,

Gunther and Dave
