Hello All,

As was discussed at the sPHENIX emcal meeting this morning; Xiaoning, Anabel and myself have put together a document describing how the light transmission and scintillation tests are setup and run here at UIUC. The purpose of this document for Fudan University to use it as reference when assembling their testing systems so that the testing process and results are comparable.
