Hi Anne,

We started a discussion yesterday in the Calorimeter Electronics meeting about "burn in" testing of EMCal sectors as they slide off our production line. For the Calorimeter Electronics group, the discussion focused on what capacity (how many sectors at a time, for how long) and services (LV, HV, cooling, N2, DAQ) are needed. We briefly discussed calibration, but that seems like something that we should be discussing in the EMCal meeting. We aren't quite at the point of having a completed Sector 0 ready for calibrating, but that is not far off. We should discuss what testing and pre-calibration of sectors is needed to do physics. We will also need help (students?) developing the software tools and databases to do this.

I can show the slides that I showed at the Electronics meeting to start the conversation.
