Folks-

I plan to submit the attached extended abstract to the IEEE NSS-MIC conference to be help this fall. Please send me any comments that you might have. Note that the extended abstract is only seen by conference reviewers for evaluation as to the legitimacy of the talk for inclusion in the conference. It will be submitted for acceptance as either a paper or poster.
