Dear All,
In case some of you aren't aware, the TIPP Conference (Technology and Instrumentation in Particle Physics) is being held virtually this year from May 24th-29th. This is one of the largest detector and instrumentation conferences covering all areas of particle physics (including nuclear physics) and is very similar to the IEEE NSS/MIC conference. It's a great opportunity to report on our work on the EMCAL, HCAL and TPC for sPHENIX. The deadline is at the end of this week so I would encourage anyone who is interested to consider submitting an abstract.

Dear colleagues,

We are very pleased to announce that the Technology and Instrumentation in Particle Physics (TIPP) conference will take place May 24-29, 2021 exactly one year after the TIPP2020 conference that was cancelled due to COVID-19. The conference will be fully online. (The Pisa Meeting on Advanced Detectors, originally scheduled to take place at that time, is postponed to the end of May 2022 and is expected to be in-person.) TIPP will be held under the auspices of IUPAP and will offer an opportunity to showcase recent developments pertaining to technology and instrumentation in particle physics and beyond.

The conference will be held from 05:00 am to 11:00 am (05h00 to 11h00 PDT) Pacific time over 5 days. Abstract acceptance notifications are expected in early March 2021.
