    Hi Craig,
     ITD just required password protection on all Indico
    meetings. You will need to add one to all Indico meetings
    that you schedule from now on. It can be the same password for 
every meeting
    but you have to add it by hand every time. I don't see a way to do
    it automatically. To do this you go to your meeting on
    Indico, Edit Meeting on the upper right, click on Protection
    on the left side on the Edit Meeting page, then half way down the
    Protection page type in an access key. The email the access key to all
    attendees. Thanks.
