Hi,

I was/am not trying to defy the order.   But I was told by Jerome and Jeff 
Landgraf, the change is the default.
We are allowed to change it to "public" after careful consideration.

So, after the owner of that indico page thinks carefully, s/he can decide to 
make it "public" when s/he thinks
that the content can be publicly accessible.

we just had hours worth of discussion about this. It is simply too dangerous 
for the manager, as Craig (in this case) would assume all responsibility for 
shared content.

Even though we know that the probability is very low that something untoward 
would get posted, that exact thing has happened (also in
sPHENIX!) and we cannot just defy a cyber security order.

Craig will distribute a password. That, too, is sub-optimal but we need to 
work on a sustainable solution. For now, that's teh best we can come up with.
