Hi Justin,
No problem. The order is totally flexible and you can certainly go first.

Thanks,
Craig

HI Craig,

Sound good, of course, since this is kind of important, and I have another
sphenix meeting scheduled afterwards too, I would like to request that I go
~at the beginning instead of last on the agenda as I am currently
listed...I'm presuming the ordering there was just your normal default, so
if I could start at 10:30 or close to it that would be good. I will be ready
for a change at the start of the meeting...

Dear All,
We will have our EMCAL Local and Calibration Meeting tomorrow,
Friday Oct 15th starting at 10:30 am EDT. Here's the Indco link:
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/12790/ One of the main topics for
tomorrow's meeting will be to address the request that Camelia Mironov
sent out asking each subsystem to provide answers to the following
questions:

1) What information you need to calibrate the detector (also tracks
and/or electrons, jets, you want to do timing)?
2) How many different calibration files you need?
3) Stability of constants (validity range and the basis of it)
4) Calibration file size (if you have it)

We've discussed many of these things at some of our previous meetings
but it looks like we now need to provide some firm numbers. Camelia's
request comes from a request from BNL Management to provide them with
information about the computer resource needs for sPHENIX. They are
requesting this information by next Thursday so we need to send her
something by then. Justin, I believe you've been our contact person for
most of this, so perhaps you can lead us through the discussion.

Cheers,
Craig
