This email requests you fill out your availability in two separate polls. Please read carefully and click accordingly. Thanks!

With new people joining the sPHENIX efforts this summer, we want to have a meeting focused on orienting/reorienting people interested in the calorimeters with what calibration tasks need to be accomplished to ensure we are fully prepared for data-taking. Please fill out the poll linked below to let us know about your availability for this special orientation meeting. We want to have this meeting as soon as possible but excluded the dates of the sPHENIX collaboration meeting and the AUM.
