Hi everyone,

We will hold our calo calibrations mtg tomorrow 7/19/2022 at our now usual 10:30am time.  Coordinate info is below.  Let me know if you would like to present.   We will finalize the items to be presented shortly after at the Software mtg on Online Monitoring as our main item of business.

For those at BNL  ( including three of us from Ohio U) we were going to try to gather for the mtg in person, and it might be nice if a number of us visitors can get set-up tomorrow in a common place tomorrow.  Mariette found two rooms she  reserved for all day for that  Physics Bldg:  2-160 and 2-84, --feel free to come to either of those rooms--[does anyone know if they would be locked?] anytime, and maybe we will come up with another I will email out about later if so.   BNL is on covid -HIGH numbers protocol, so we can't let the room get too crowded.   We can try also to do this for the Software mtg at 1pm.  I am still hoping we may get an orientation activity organized in the later afternoon, but no details yet on that either.
