sPHENIX EMCal discussion

    Dear All,
       Most of us are involved with the sPHENIX End Game Review that's
    currently taking place, but since today's meeting doesn't start
    until 10:00 am, I thought that whoever is available can join in our
    EMCAL meeting and we can discuss how things went yesterday and what
    this all means for us. Of course, we won't really know the outcome
    until the closeout later today, but it perhaps might be useful for
    us to discuss things a bit before the Homework Session at 11:00 am.
    So, whoever is available is free to join in for a short meeting at
