Hi all,

I've received no requests for presentations so today will be a short meeting—which it needed to be anyway. I would otherwise cancel the meeting, but Dave and Gunther announced a theme of the collab mtg of "what would we do if we got beam in two weeks?", so anyone who can make it, let's at least chat about that briefly -- I will give a short summary of some relevant work and my take on what our calo calib's group's response would be. It's a busy time, feel free to send comments about this in advance (or after) if you have any and you wont' be able to make the meeting.

I think clearly a lot of work is being completed over the next couple weeks by several different parties, including many key items from the workfest but also some other things outside of that venue, and it will be good to have mechanism to collect info and even share some updates as work is completed, since we won't have another meeting for another couple weeks due to the collab meeting. What I'm going to suggest as part of the discussion is, I will make a list of important items and timescales and put it on a new wiki page and share it. Then as things are completed we can update their status and include links to any updates/documentation on it. For example here at Ohio U we are very close to "finishing off" some items on the data driven methods and code infrastructure updates but with the last week of classes and finals week now here, I still wasn'table to pull everything together in a coherent state for the meeting today yet, but I anticipate that work being finished before the collab mtg next week.
