Hello EMCal fans!

Using one of the early emcal standalone runs we performed an analysis of the di-photon mass distribution. This was discussed in the recent general meeting on 6/9/23:

The plan will be to discuss requesting "preliminary" for the di-photon mass distributions that we measured in the approval meeting this afternoon. However, we wanted to circulate the supporting note in advance of the meeting to provide some opportunity for comments.
