Good afternoon everyone,

We will, of course, not have a Calorimeter Calibrations meeting tomorrow in light of the start of the collaboration meeting. We hope to see all of you either in person at BNL or online in the coming week. Two items of note before the beginning of the meeting:

  1. To all calibration developers for the EMCal, HCal, and ZDC. Please have pertinent calibration software uploaded to the "analysis" or "coresoftware" sPHENIX git repository by tomorrow, the start of the collaboration meeting. Having our software available in the repository is an important part of the collaborative process and facilitates accountability.
  2. Please note Blair's email on the work fest to follow the collaboration meeting on Thursday and Friday (December 7th and 8th), and Mariette has reserved room 2-95 for us to meet in. The tasks for the calorimeter group can be found here:
and the signup sheet for the workfest here. Recall per Blair's email that we are happy to pair folks with tasks if they are unsure what to work on initially:
See you all tomorrow, virtually or in person!
