Here the minutes from the commissioning part of the meeting (also on indico):

EMCal leakage currents—John

- postponed until next meeting

Report on calo electronics workfest—Jaebeom

- see slides on agenda

- currently EMCal can be read out only one half at a time

  - waiting for decision on how to configure read-out (this week)

  - full simultaneous read-out expected in one or two weeks

EMCal status and plans—Sean

- see slides

- request for plot of current vs eta also for HCal

- request to overlay January’s EMCal current vs eta plot with the one from end of the run last year

HCal status and plans—Silas

- see slides

- remaining hardware problem is clock master dropping out for reasons not understood and therefore with no clear path to fix

- another goal for the run is to be able to balance the gains based on muon calibration by adjusting bias voltage

Expert coverage—all

- Earlier decision to merge EMCal and HCal expertise

- Stefan will post sign-up sheet

- Expect about 3 weeks per expert (~ 30 weeks, ~ 10 experts)

- new expert may want to take trainee shift first

- start with John’s presentation on EMCal leakage currents (postponed from last time)

- hear a report on the calorimeter electronics workfest

- get a report on the HCal (current state, plans)

- discuss expert coverage for the run
