So my summary of yesterday is:

- We had a fairly clear discussion of calibration with the LED system, cosmics, and tracks. I think I or someone else could write a couple of paragraphs explaining a strategy, but let's put that off until after today.

We had some action items:

- Edward was going to define in more detail the logic of a cosmic trigger that could give peaks in all towers so we could then figure out how to test/simulate it.

- Achim will look into getting a more realistic field map in the outer hcal.

- John and Liang will look at defining a base class for HCAL tower data and classes that can versioned for tower data that can encapsulate various models of detector response. [As I write this, I am unsure whether this is actually done up to some level, but I don't have time to look through the code right now.]

- Eric and Steve will come up with a proposal for LED distribution, with the design goal that we can separately fire each of the five tiles in a tower.

Of course, correct any of my errors or misconceptions.
