sPHENIX HCal discussion

John,

I'll add an update about the hcal test stand, I have made a technote
draft which I'm still polishing before sending it out to the group - not
as a "real" tech note... yet.

We have the all-hands meeting with Deputy Secretary of Energy
Sherwood-Randall tomorrw at 2:15... 2:50. Since these times are always
strictly fixed, it is unlikely that it will run into the 3pm meeting.
I'll show up as soon as the other ends.
