Dear sPHENIX HCAL Folks:

Following the success of today's sPHENIX Cost and Schedule review, and on the heels of the first sPHENIX Collaboration Meeting we will hold a 1.5-day HCAL workfest on the campus of Georgia State University in Atlanta December 15-16th.  We will start in the afternoon of the 15th and go through the end of the day on the 16th.  We hope that the schedule will allow people to fly in on the morning of the 15th and leave the evening of the 16th if time is tight.

Travel information and an agenda will be posted soon, but we wanted to give people a heads-up so they could incorporate this into their busy schedules. For those of you who have been to HCAL-fests before we will follow a very similar format - presentations intended to guide discussion and plenty time for interaction.

Many, many thanks to our GSU colleagues for hosting us once again in Atlanta!

Regards,
John Lajoie
