Dear Sphenix HCAL Folks:

Building on the momentum from the collaboration meeting this week, we will have the third in our series of workfests on the campus of Georgia State University Dec. 15-16th. The Indico agenda with BlueJeans information is available at:

Some important notes:

(1) For the sPHENIX simulations meeting on Tuiesday and the electronics meeting on Wednesday we will likely be dialed in to the BlueJean connections for those meetings.

(2) This is a workfest and as such we are somewhat loose with the agenda and there is lots of discussion. If anyone remote would like to make a contribution please let me know and we can schedule it for a fixed time.
