For the year end the UTFSM student Fernando Ruiz made an effort and completed scanning of two locally made HInner tiles with and without 5mm thick black stopper blocking the balk light and helping with cladding light.
Just for fun of it - below is the comparison between signals from SiPM's on tiles with and without black stopper. Amount of light using in exposing tested tiles was different. Only the test points away from fibers (band width of +-0.5cm) are included. LED is 420nm. Exposition on a side without groove.
