    With the start of the fall academic semester I have heard from a few people with teaching conflicts during our usual HCAL meeting time.  With so many meetings, it is with great dread and trepidation that I propose we try to find a new meeting time.

    I have created a doodle poll at:

Please note that:

-> All times are Eastern (BNL) times
-> This poll contains a pre-selected subset of times, trying to avoid some existing meetings and known conflicts. I'm sure that there are still some overlaps.
-> I have included our current meeting time deliberately. If that's the one that works best, we'll stick with it.
-> The poll is set for the week of our next meeting, which includes Labor Day.  Please select meeting times based of your general availability on a bi-weekly basis, and not just that specific week. If Monday works best for most we'll figure out what to do with Labor Day as a special case.

Please fill out the poll in the next few days so we can get the regular meeting time set for the fall semester.
