Dear HCAL'ers:

With the ongoing work to ship the prototype to FNAL for the next test beam, an HCAL meeting this week would be counter-productive. We'll shoot for resuming our HCAL meetings next week, Jan 18th, which should be an opportune time to hear updates on the test beam setup and preparation.
