All,

per John's request, I have moved all 2016-era files on our main file
server at the FTBF (the hcaldaq machine) to /data/testbeam_2016. Same
directory structure underneath.

This takes them out of view for the standard RCF rsync commands, and
speeds things up since you are not seeing thousands of files from last
year.

The areas where we put our new data are unchanged.
