I think it's time to take the EMCAL3 for a ride on the railroad... the major data sets we have taken, if I count everything correctly:
- 3 vertical MIP calibrations (two forward, one "backward")
- 2 100k energy scans (-2, -4, -6, -8, -12, -16), one at "-10 degrees", one at "0 degrees," and another partial energy scan at "-10 degrees"
- 6x6 position scans at "0 degrees" and "-10 degrees"
T-1068 is un-installing tomorrow (Tuesday), and there is work on a linac RF cavity that they'd like to do... unless there is compelling reason to leave it on the MT6.2c table, I will deploy my posse to move the calorimeter to its position in front of the IHCAL tomorrow morning.
Unfortunately, I can still think of some measurements that would profit from the table, and Martin's scripting of its movement has made it even more attractive, but with two weeks left, I think we better move on unless there are compelling objections.
