Oops, Megan pointed out she hadn't heard of the meeting about the beam 
test mechanical design; it got tangled up in the listserver, although it 
appears in the archives:

The purpose is to check the geometry of the new IHCAL relative to the 
OHCAL and EMCAL.  The design goal is that the geometry of the beam test 
be as close as reasonably achievable to the design of the full detector.
