Dear HCAL'ers:

Since we have just come back from the Collaboration Meeting in Santa Fe, it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to immediately have an HCAL meeting this week. We'll shift the schedule by a week and have a meeting next Wednesday, December 20th. By that time we should have some first results from the new tiles to discuss.
