Dear HCAL'ers:

This is an early notice that the HCAL meeting next week will be a bit special. We will have a joint meeting with the Calorimeter Electronics Meeting to cover topics related to the HCAL electronics and the upcoming assembly of the first outer HCAL sectors. An indico agenda page is available at:

PLEASE NOTE - the meeting will start earlier than usual, at 1:30 PM BNL time. The first ~30 minutes of the meeting will cover specific electronics business, and from 2-3PM will will cover topics specific to the HCAL. We'll try to stick close to time so people can come for the topics that interest them specifically, but you all know how that goes....

Finally, at the end of the meeting (at ~3PM) we will have a discussion of a possible NSF MRI to instrument the inner HCAL. This will be the beginning of an effort that we hope to coalesce over the summer.
