Dear HCAL'ers:

As we discussed last week, we will hold a special HCAL meeting this Wednesday, August 8th at 2:30PM BNL time. This meeting will focus on discussions and ideas about a potential NSF MRI proposal to fund instrumenting the inner HCAL. The agenda is evolving at:
