Dear HCAL'ers:

After a discussion with the principals, we decided that it was too complicated to try to meet this week, and in any case we have a number of specific questions for the NSF that require answers before we can have a meaningful discussion. Therefore, we will NOT hold an iHCAL NSF MRI meeting this week.

The principle institutions are drafting an email with questions for NSF that we hope to send to NSF by the end of this week. We will have an NSF MRI meeting the week of Nov 5th (after I return from visiting MEPHI and Uniplast) to discuss the response from NSF and start finalizing plans for the MRI.

Just a reminder - we will have a workshop after the sPHENIX meeting in Tallahasee focused on pulling together the MRI for submission in January.
