Dear HCAL'ers:

We will have an iHCAL NSF MRI meeting this Wednesday, November 14th at the unusual time of 11:45AM BNL time:

The unusual time was chosen to make sure that all the institutions participating in the MRI can attend.

This meeting will be about "brass tacks":

-> Finalize the structure of the MRI; what money flows where, what institution is lead?
-> Organize proposal writing and gather information about how we go through the colllaborative proposal process at each intitution.
-> Set goals for the workfest following the FSU meeting.
