An agenda for the HCal Workfest has been posted here:

We will start at 2pm on Saturday Dec 8 following the closing of the collaboration meeting. The focus of the meeting is on preparing the NSF MRI proposal for the inner HCal. We will wrap up on Sunday morning. Let me know if you have a contribution to add to the agenda.

    We will have a workfest focused on the inner HCAL NSF MRI at FSU immediately following the collaboration meeting, on December 8-9th.  Tony Frawley has graciously offered to find a conference room for us.  An agenda will be posted as we get closer to the meeting date.
