I added my spread sheet to today's agenda page updated as follows:

Tower number increase from south to north
Phi increases clockwise, while facing north (right had coordinate system with positive Z pointing north)
signal cables for 2x2 towers in a trigger sum are now the same length

For the north and south sections of the module, there is approximately a 7.5 nSec spread in cable delays, and the central section has approximately a 5 nSec spread. Total spread acrosss the module is approximately 15 nSec.

I did not update my presentation to reflect these changes.
