Dear HCAL’ers:

We will use the next HCAL meeting – next Tuesday, October 7^th at 11AM BNL time – to conduct a Production Readiness Review for the outer HCAL pre-production assembly:

John Haggerty will be organizing the review panel and sending out a charge. Ideally we would have completed the assembly of one sector before this review, but I think that we know enough at this point that the review will be beneficial.
