Hate to repeat it again - unless we correct our data for ~10% energy leakage - we need to include 1/E term in parametrization of the resolution. We do not have 15% constant term - this is an artifact. I understand that this is approved etc but somewhere somehow we need at least  to say that we are not taking it at a face value and that data for different configurations are not comparable - tested structures have different number of Labs and no attempt to correct for that difference was made
