John-

Sorry I missed the meeting, I was the INTT meeting (priorities are wrong I know).  I looked at the slide and other then the uncertainty of restarting (pushed back at least 1week as of today) things look good.

Just to comment on electronics, for the oHCal, I think we are going to keep ahead of your schedule.

  1. All electronics orders are out and should (if not already) be delivered by early June.
  2. We will have to do testing, but that should be straightforward
  3. Chris and I have had some exchanges about reorganizing the HCal lab so that we can get the testing that needs to be done in that room completed.  It will take a day or two once some of us are back on site to make it happen, but it is not a show stopper.  I will work with Chris P on putting together a preliminary work procedure for the room so we are ready on day 2.
  4. Most of the iHCal electronics are on order.  The 2 big items are 1) the signal cables, I need to get a nominal length for all of them so we can order the parts and 2) the length of the RF cables (pigtails) for the SiPM boards.  I just want to make sure they are long enough, but we don't have to bury to many inches of cable.  I think the options are something like 6" and 9".

There has been a lot of discussion of restarting … well, everything … since we last met. I think this is a good opportunity to discuss where we are with BNL, GSU, Uniplast, etc.

If anyone would like to add a presentation, please just let me know.
