Dear All,

The tentative new meeting time for the HCal Muon Calibration meeting is Tuesdays, 3:00pm, during the weeks where there is no HCal Meeting.  So the next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday next week:

I’m aware this doesn’t work for everybody, and I apologize.  If there are more people for whom this doesn’t work, please let me know and we can find another effort to find a new meeting time.

Regards,
Stefan

Dear All,

We have made significant progress with the calibration, and the Hcal factory is ramping back up to full capacity for the iHCal assembly.  So I propose to switch to bi-weekly meetings.
At the same time, with the semester starting, the current time slot doesn’t work anymore for some of us.  So I created a doodle poll to find a new meeting time:

https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://doodle.com/poll/62kpxutqva43rp2u?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=link__;!!P4SdNyxKAPE!Xpe0f8nowZh4XFLEL4UDUYJniJApFuBSkGLfXEZJ1KO4Xy0cEGwd3nOdMoLCKxKYLaPVrmtsFOI$

The first time slot, Tu, Sep 14, represents the option to meet at the end of the regular bi-weekly Hcal meeting.  This might be the easiest and naturally shifts the meeting time to late than 11:00am Eastern.

The time slots on Tu, Sep 21, represent several options for the alternative:  to meet in the off-week (when there is no regular Hcal meeting).

Please fill out when you have time.  Let’s try to converge by this Thursday.

I strongly encourage everyone to stay in touch with each other in between meetings on the new Hcal Muon calibration MatterMost channel!
Please sign up and join the channel!

Regards,
Stefan
