Dear All,

Let’s try the following for the HCal calibration meeting:  we keep meeting 
weekly, but at alternating times:

In weeks where there is an HCal Meeting:  we meet right after the regular 
HCal Meeting, nominally Tuesdays at 12:00pm.
In weeks where there is no HCal Meeting:  we meet Mondays at 4:00pm.

Since there was no time slot that works for everybody, this modus has the 
advantage that everyone is available for at least one of these time slots.
