Dear HCAL’ers:

I just wanted to update everyone that the implementation of the outer HCAL tile maps in the G4 oHCAL tile response has been merged into the sPHENIX repositories:

https://github.com/sPHENIX-Collaboration/coresoftware/pull/1333

and will be part of the simulations beginning with the next build.

This was only made possible by the painstaking work Ejiro did to combine the MEPHI data into usable response maps! She’s working on the iHCAL maps next and we hope to update those soon.
