As discussed in the calibration meeting, we are writing a note on the HCal Assembly, Testing, and Calibration.  Dan put a skeleton note together and started editing, and John Haggerty was kind enough to put it on overleaf so everyone can edit and contribute:

The goal is to have a first complete draft by April 15.  So please write, edit, discuss, complain to your heart’s content!  We will follow up on progress in the calibration meetings.
