Subject: [Sphenix-hcal-l] future HCAL meetings

Dear HCAL’ers,

With the assembly and testing of the inner and outer HCAL largely complete, and the discussion of calibrations now in a separate meeting, we have decided to schedule future HCAL meetings on an as-needed basis and no longer hold to a strict bi-weekly meeting schedule.  This has the added advantage of opening up the usual HCAL time slot for the calibration meeting so that more people may be able to attend.

Obviously as we get closer to commissioning and data taking we could would expect to resume a more regular HCAL meeting schedule.

Regards,

John Lajoie
