Dear sPHENIX IB,

First of all, I understand that there were a few instances of problems 
with connecting to Ready Talk (at least in Japan). Any instances should 
be reported to Peter Yamin at BNL with a cc to me. It would help if 
details of the connection, e.g. phone number dialing into or other 
information is also provided. I am sorry about those problems and the 
inability of some to connect, and will follow it up with BNL such that 
the next time is better.

In this message, please find attached a summary of the sPHENIX IB 
Meeting. I solicit any questions or comments or suggestions, especially 
if some aspect was misrepresented. I have included line numbers for your 
easy reference. I will entertain suggestions for changes, especially 
corrections until the end of the week. At that time I would like to post 
this and distribute it as final to the IB and Collaboration. I wish for 
those who did not connect to the IB Meeting for whatever reasons and 
others in the Collaboration to be able to receive a final version of 
this summary as soon as possible.
