Dear sPHENIX IB Members,

As a result of yesterday's IB Meeting, it is clear we need an updated 
list of sPHENIX members and potential members. I'd like to ask you to 
update the attached spreadsheet for your institution to include all 
present members or potential members in your group for sPHENIX. This 
member list will be added to the sPHENIX emailing list unless you 
specifically wish to list (specific) names and not have them on the 
emailing list, but please specify.

I then would ask that you either delete all rows in the spreadsheet 
attached except those of the header and for your institution - or - 
simply send all the necessary information to be added or changed for 
your institution and use the above subject for that email.

Do not send this to Peter Yamin or me, but to Paula Farnsworth (cc'ed) 
at paula.farnsworth AT yale.edu. Also, likewise any further updates in the 
foreseeable future.
